Our Story

Expedite Commerce was founded in 2008 on the belief that people achieve their best when technology enables them to build relationships and explore new ideas.

In our past lives, we were system integrators. We saw firsthand the shortcomings and narrow successes in CRM implementation and adoption, and that stoked our restless agitation.

We realized that user engagement is key and when users feel they have to do more work than what their tools are providing in return, adoption rates suffer. Such scenarios were the result of either a lack of capability in the tool or an ineffective implementation process.

Drawing from our understanding and the power of Salesforce platform, we began our journey to build a company to deliver on our vision, A world where technology enables people to spend more of their time on high-value interactions with customers and colleagues, to regularly feel inspired, fulfilled, and free to constantly innovate to improve all of our lives.
